Communications expert seeks central London venue for event

Hi, I'm Griff, a GlobalWelsh Pioneer, based in London and looking a space to host an event. It is for the International Advertising Association (IAA) which is an advertising industry not-for-profit organisation. I manage a team for the IAA on a voluntary basis, helping the more junior end of our industry benefit from connecting with senior leaders.

Event: Speed Mentoring - Two hours of 5-7 minute sessions where small groups of mentees move around the mentors asking questions about all things career related.<br />Date & Time: Wednesday 4th or 11th March, 5:30-9pm<br />Numbers: 40-60 spaced around small tables or casual seating<br />Type of venue needed: we usually run these in large-ish, open or communal spaces e.g. company cafes/kitchen areas, with plenty of seating but isn't a high traffic area.<br />Location: preferably very central e.g. Holborn, Covent Garden, Charing Cross, Mayfair, Farringdon.

We ask for locations to be donated to keep costs to a minimum since we offer the event for free whilst the mentors and organisers donate their time and expertise.

If anyone has a space and would be willing to host us, in exchange, we would also welcome some of your junior staff to become mentees and your senior leaders to mentor (numbers dependent) if that would be useful. Thank you in advance!
