Rhys Jenkins, an Ultra Runner from Penarth, is putting Wales on the map as the first Welshman to run Badwater 135 deemed 'The World's Toughest Foot Race' and is seeking sponsorship from Welsh brands ahead of taking to the start line on 15th July this year.

Badwater 135 is a 135 mile run through the hottest place on Earth, Death Valley, runners are given just 48 hours so it's no suprise that its refered to as the most exteme and demanding race on the planet!

Rhys has been selected, from thousands of applicants, as one of just 100 runners taking part this year.
